SZS型燃?xì)庹羝仩t采用汽包縱向布置結(jié)構(gòu)，分為鍋爐本體和節(jié)能裝置兩部分。鍋爐本體模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了大容量鍋爐的整體快速安裝，縮短了安裝周期，節(jié)省了安裝成本

鍋爐內(nèi)部采用全膜式壁水冷結(jié)構(gòu)，氣密性好，減小鍋爐主機(jī)重量和外形尺寸，縮短啟動(dòng)和停爐時(shí)間。

三回程對(duì)流管束結(jié)構(gòu)，合理的煙氣流程，較低背壓，實(shí)現(xiàn)了正壓燃燒，尾部布置可分式節(jié)能器，降低了排煙溫度，避免了本體受熱面的低溫腐蝕。

構(gòu)造與性能: Construction and Performance:
（1）內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)：
采用上下鍋筒縱向布置，上下鍋筒間設(shè)有對(duì)流管束。下鍋筒置于鍋筒座上，與底座相連，上鍋筒通過(guò)對(duì)流管束支撐在下鍋筒上。
(1) Internal structure：
Adopting a longitudinal arrangement of upper and lower drums, there is a convection tube bundle between the upper and lower drums. The lower drum is placed on the drum seat and connected to the base. The upper drum is supported on the lower drum through a convection tube bundle.
（2）水冷壁結(jié)構(gòu)：
鍋爐爐膛為膜式水冷壁結(jié)構(gòu)，膜式壁采用專門的膜式壁生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)，焊縫波形均勻美觀，質(zhì)量好確保焊接及成形質(zhì)量。全膜式壁水冷結(jié)構(gòu)，氣密性好完全消除煙氣泄漏，保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性，提高爐膛及煙道剛性，提高鍋爐爐壁的抗爆能力。
(2) Water cooled wall structure：

鍋爐采用了大爐膛和對(duì)流管束二回程設(shè)計(jì)，使煙氣在爐膛內(nèi)停留時(shí)間加長(zhǎng)，可燃?xì)怏w得到充分燃燒，提高了燃燒效率。爐膛與對(duì)流管束通過(guò)水冷壁分開(kāi)。高溫?zé)煔馐紫仍跔t膛內(nèi)與水冷壁進(jìn)行高效換熱，避免了直接高溫?zé)煔庵苯記_刷鍋筒，延長(zhǎng)了鍋爐的使用壽命；煙氣在經(jīng)后煙箱進(jìn)入二回程對(duì)流管束，進(jìn)一步散熱；流經(jīng)對(duì)流管束后，煙氣離開(kāi)鍋爐本體，通過(guò)連接煙道進(jìn)入尾部受熱面（節(jié)能器等熱回收裝置），再進(jìn)入煙囪排入大氣。
